1. General information

These terms and conditions (hereinafter – the Terms ) apply to the purchase, use and reservation of all goods and services on the website https://akmeistari.lv , maintained by AK Meistari , registered address: Diakonāta iela 3, Valmiera, LV-4201, Latvia , telephone: +371 29741913 , e-mail: akmestari@gmail.com (hereinafter – the Service Provider ).

By using our website and making orders or reservations, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services and goods provided

2.1. The platform allows you to book the services of beauty, skin, hair and body care specialists online using the Calendly booking system.
2.2. The content, duration and price of the services are specified at the time of booking.
2.3. If goods are also offered (cosmetics, gift cards, etc.), they are delivered according to the selected delivery method.

3. Prices and billing

3.1. All prices on the website are indicated in euros (EUR), including applicable taxes.
3.2. Payments are made online using the payment platform MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus AS) .
3.3. When making a payment, the customer’s personal data (name, surname, e-mail, payment information) is transferred to MakeCommerce, which ensures secure payment processing.
3.4. The invoice is issued after the order is confirmed and is available to the customer in electronic format.

4. Reservations and provision of services

4.1. Service reservations are made online using the Calendly system.
4.2. The reservation confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
4.3. The customer is responsible for providing correct information during the reservation.
4.4. The service provider reserves the right to refuse or change the reservation in cases where the provision of the service is not possible (for example, due to technical reasons, staff illness or force majeure).

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. The client has the right to cancel the reservation at least 24 hours before the service is provided.
5.2. If the reservation is canceled in time, the client will be refunded the full amount paid.
5.3. If the reservation is canceled later than 24 hours before the visit or the client does not arrive, the amount paid will not be refunded.
5.4. The purchase of goods is subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal, as set out in the Consumer Rights Protection Law . The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
5.5. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

6. Delivery terms (applies to goods)

6.1. The goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer in Latvia or via a parcel machine.
6.2. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of placing the order.
6.3. Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
6.4. The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by the activities of third-party logistics companies.

7. Protection of personal data

7.1. The customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy , which is available on the website: https://akmeistari.lv .
7.2. The data is used only for processing reservations, orders and payments, as well as for customer service.
7.3. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases necessary for payment processing ( MakeCommerce ) or delivery of goods.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. The service provider is not responsible for the inaccuracy of the information provided by the client.
8.2. The results of the services may vary depending on individual characteristics (for example, skin or hair condition).
8.3. The service provider is not responsible for losses incurred due to the client’s fault or failure to follow the specialist’s recommendations.

9. Dispute resolution

9.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations.
9.2. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is considered in the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
9.3. The Customer has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Center (PTAC) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform .

10. Force Majeure

The service provider is not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations or delays caused by force majeure circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, hostilities, government orders, technical problems, etc.).

11. Entry into force and changes to the Terms

11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force from the moment of their publication on the website.
11.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change the Terms and Conditions by publishing the updated version on the website.
11.3. Changes do not apply to orders and reservations already made.
